Central Asia, leveraging production capacity cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative, has become a hub connecting Asia and Europe. With the advancement of infrastructure projects such as the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway, demand in sectors like energy development and mineral exploration has surged, creating an urgent need for analytical testing instruments to ensure quality compliance. In 2024, trade between China and the five Central Asian countries exceeded $70 billion, nearly tripling over the past decade, while exports of analytical testing equipment grew by more than 50%. Investment facilitation policies in these countries have not only supported the overseas expansion of equipment manufacturing but also lowered barriers for instruments to enter local core sectors.
Currently, China ranks second globally in industrial equipment exports, with exports of analytical testing and scientific instruments growing at an annual rate of over 20% for three consecutive years. However, companies still face challenges. Under the global "carbon neutrality" trend, demand for green compliance testing has surged, and the industry urgently requires platforms for multi-regional experience exchange and resource integration.

By collaborating with local institutions, they aim to establish channels for policy and demand alignment, driving deeper development in scientific, technological progress and economic cooperation between China and Central Asia.
